高校护理学专业本科生心理健康特征调查研究

Investigation and Study of Mental Health Characteristics of Nursing Undergraduates in Colleges and Universities

目的:心理健康研究已成为当今热门课题,尤其是高校护理学专业本科生心理健康问题受到诸多关注.本研究从2017年开始对我校护理学专业本科生心理健康问题进行了调查研究,旨在探讨高校护理学专业本科生心理健康问题,为护理专业大学生的教学、管理、心理素质培养提供参考依据.方法:采用自制一般情况调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)为工具,对我校240名护理学专业本科生进行问卷调查、数据整理、统计学分析.结果:护理学专业大学生SCL-90各因子得分均高于全国大学生常模(P<0.05);不同来源的护理学专业本科生调查结果显示,农村来源护理学专业本科生的心理健康状况相对较差;护理学专业和临床医学专业本科生心理健康状况比较显示,护理学专业本科生的心理健康状况相对较差.结论:护理专业本科生的心理健康状况较差,且存在不良个性心理特征,应加强对其心理健康教育.

Objective Nowadays,the study of mental health has become a hot topic,especially for undergraduates majoring in the nursing science in the colleges and universities.The present study has been researching the mental health problems of the nursing undergraduates in the colleges and universities from 2017 in order to discuss the mental health problems of nursing undergraduates in the colleges and universities,also to provide a basis for the teaching,management and psychological quality training of nursing undergraduates.Methods The self-made general condition questionnaire and symptom Checklist(SCL-90)were used as the studying tools.The questionnaire survey,data collation and statistical analysis were conducted on 240 undergraduates majoring in nursing in our university.Results The scores of all factors of SCL-90 in the nursing undergraduates were higher than those of the national norm of the undergraduates in the colleges and universities(P<0.05).The survey results of nursing undergraduates from the different students'sources showed that the mental health status of nursing undergraduates from the rural areas was relatively poor.The comparison results between the nursing students and clinical medicine studentsrervealed that the mental health status of the nursing undergraduates was relatively poor.Conclusion The undergraduates majoring in the nursing had poor mental health status and bad personality psychological characteristics,so it is necessary to strengthen their mental health education.
