摘要
针对地方本科院校生物信息学课程教学现状,从教学设计、内容优化、方法改进以及形成性评价构建等方面对混合式教学模式进行了探索和实践.结果表明:基于MOOC的线上+线下混合式教学模式能够较好地拓宽教学内容,激发学生的学习潜能,提升学生的实践应用能力和创新意识;结合MOOC与传统的考核评价方式有助于教师及时了解学情,改进学生的学习效果;开展混合式教学改革有助于地方院校利用MOOC优质教育资源促进教学创新,提高本科教学质量.
Based on the existing problems of traditional bioinformatics teaching in local higher colleges,the present study were carried out to explore the bioinformatics teaching reform of the online and offline blended teaching mode from several different ways of blended teaching design,optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,and building formative evaluation system.The results showed that this novel teaching mode could achieve some better effects to broaden the teaching contents,and stimulate students'learning motivation as well as improve their practical application ability and innovative capability.Combining MOOC with traditional assessment approaches,it can help not only teachers to understand the students'learning situation,but also help students to enhance their learning effects.The application of practice teaching can promote local colleges to utilize high-quality MOOC course for developing teaching innovation and improving teaching quality of undergraduate education.
