摘要
CISPR16-1-1:2019 Ed5.0标准是于2019年5月发布,该版本标准不仅将EMI测量接收机的技术要求划分为通用类以及检波器类,并且在第9章节允许基于FFT技术的测量接收机应用于断续骚扰测试。由于准峰值检波特点及喀呖声测试的特殊要求,断续骚扰测试时间较为漫长,采用基于FFT技术的测量接收机在远大于中频带宽的频段内测量断续骚扰信号,使得测试时间缩短了几个数量级,同时不会降低测量精度。此外,新标准还更新了断续测量的校准程序、标准试验信号的定义,这些都为提高断续骚扰测量效率有着重要意义。
CISPR16-1-1:2019 Ed5.0 standard was released in May 2019,which not only divides the technical requirements of EMI measurement receiver into general class and detector class,but also allows FFT based measurement receiver to be applied to intermittent disturbance test in Chapter 9.Due to the characteristics of quasi peak detection and the special requirements of the click sound test,the test time of intermittent disturbance is relatively long.The measurement receiver based on FFT technology is used to measure the intermittent disturbance signal in the frequency band far greater than the IF bandwidth,which shortens the test time by several orders of magnitude,and does not reduce the measurement accuracy.In addition,the new standard also updates the calibration procedure of intermittent measurement and the definition of standard test signal,which are of great significance for improving the measurement efficiency of intermittent disturbance.
