Link among Three Main Lines of Fostering Persons for High-Quality Learning

人时时处处都在学习,但更加重要的是要实现优质学习。优质学习是自觉地追求高质量的学习。要实现优质学习,一项重要的努力是实现发育、化育和教育这三大育人主线的贯通。贯通的前提是:人与世界是能够相贯通的;可以找到“学习”这个纽带来实现这种贯通。三大育人主线的贯通,具有多方面的意义。要实现三大育人主线的贯通,达到优质学习,关键策略有:抓住学习这个中心;以自主学习去统筹三大育人主线的学习;构建终身学习与发展的多元化而且内涵丰富的通路;实现个人发展与世界变化的融通。

A person is learning all the time and everywhere.However,it is more important to realize high-quality learning,which is consciously to seek high quality.In order to realize high-quality learning,an important effort is to link the three main lines of fostering persons:auxesis,nurture and education.The premises of the link are:the person and the world can be linked;we can find“learning”as the bond to realize this link.It has many significances to link the three main lines of fostering persons.In order to link the three main lines of fostering persons for high-quality learning,we can take the following key strategies:to grasp learning as the center;to plan all learning in the three main lines of fostering persons as a whole through autonomous learning;to construe pluralistic and intensively-rich thoroughfare about lifelong learning and development;and to realize circulation between person development and world change.
