摘要
文章选取《教育研究》1979-2018年教育政策类论文2324篇作为有效样本,对40年来我国教育政策研究的话语内容与话语权的分析发现:教育体制政策研究占据半壁江山,近10年来教师政策研究显著增加,教育经费政策研究偏少;前10位高频关键词中,高等教育、教育改革是40年间不变的热词,学前教育、教育质量是近10年的新晋热词;国家教育政策研究中,60%为发达国家,篇数位列前3位的是中国、美国、日本,地域教育政策研究中,东部省(市)居多,中西部地区偏少;研究机构中,北师大、中国教科院、华东师大位列高频研究机构中的前三甲;合作成果绝对量与合作率均持续增加,2人合作率占比最大且持续显著提升。我国教育政策研究的话语内容及话语权嬗变受到政治、经济、文化、人口、教育改革与教育政策演变等的深刻影响,反映了我国教育研究、教育政策研究领域认识深化、学科发展及其研究话语权重组的过程,但在多方面存在话语“失重”现象,未来有待调整。
2,324 papers on education policy of Educaitonal Research from 1979 to 2018 were investigated as effective samples to analyze the discourse content and discourse power of China's education policy research in the past 40 years.Among the top 10 high-frequency keywords,higher education and education reform have been hot words for 40 years,while preschool education and education quality have been hot words for nearly 10 years.Among the researches on a single country,60%are developed countries,and the top three are China,the United States and Japan.Among the researches on a certain area in China,most are eastern provinces(province-level municipality),and less are central and western regions.Beijing Normal University,National Institute Of Education Sciences and East China Normal University are among the top three high-frequency research institutions.Both the amount of cooperation papers and the cooperation rate continue to increase,and the cooperation rate of 2 scholars accounts for the largest proportion and continues to significantly increase.Based on the above analysis,it is proposed that the discourse content and discourse power evolution of China's education policy research are profoundly influenced by politics,economy,culture,population,education reform and education policy evolution,and are also the process of deepening understanding in the field of China's educational research and education policy research,discipline development and discourse power restructuring.At present,there is a problem of“discourse weightlessness”in education policy research that needs to be adjusted.
