乡村小学教师专业发展支持服务体系的现状、问题及对策——基于安徽省Q县的调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 从乡村小学教师专业发展支持服务体系的目标定位、类型、内容、途径与方法四个维度设计调查问卷、编制访谈提纲,对安徽省Q县乡村小学教师专业支持服务体系现状展开调研。调研发现,Q县乡村小学教师专业发展支持服务体系存在目标设置缺乏针对性,内容选择脱离实际需求,途径与方法实施缺乏有效机制等问题。产生这些问题的主要原因有:小学校领导层主动作为意识不强,工作存在应付性;教育经费投入不足,教学条件有待改善;乡村小学教师主动进修意识薄弱;继续教育内容针对性不强,培训缺乏实效性。制定具体可操作的发展目标,精选满足乡村小学教师发展需求的内容,创新方式方法是Q县乡村小学教师专业发展支持服务体系完善的策略。 This study conducts a survey of the professional development support and service system for primary school teachers in rural areas in Q county,Anhui province,adopting interview and questionnaire as tools of data collection.The questionnaire consists of four dimensions:the goal orientation,type,content,path and method of the professional development support and service system.As the results indicate,there are some problems in Q County's support and service system for the Rural Primary School Teachers'professional development,such as the lack of pertinence in goal setting,the separation of content selection from actual needs,and the lack of effective mechanism in the implementation of approaches and methods.The main reasons for these problems are as follows:the leadership of primary schools is not strong as a result of lacking initiative in work;the investment in education is insufficient;teaching conditions need to be improved;rural primary school teachers have weak awareness of autonomous learning and most of them are perfunctory in work;the contents of Continuing Education is not well-targeted and the training is not effective.Formulating specific and feasible development goals,selecting contents in accordance with the development needs of rural primary school teachers,and innovating training methods are some of the measures that should be taken to improve the professional development support service system for rural primary school teachers in Q county.
