摘要
贵阳卷烟厂始建于1940年,是国有大型企业,作为贵州烟草工业的龙头企业。主要承担“黄果树”和“贵烟”等核心重点品牌的生产任务。2005年8月国家烟草专卖局正式批复贵阳卷烟厂易地技术改造项目,年产500亿支卷烟(100万箱)生产规模,一期工程总投资12.82亿元。贵州中烟工业公司提出了“培育中式卷烟核心技术,坚持技术改造与企业发展战略、信息化建设、业务流程再造紧密结合,打造特色工艺,提高生产力水平,--次规划,分步实施,留有发展空间”的建设指导思想。
The Guiyang Cigarette Factory,founded in 1940,is a large state-owned enterprise.As the leader of the tobacco industry in Guizhou,it mainly produces cigarettes of key brands such as"Huangguoshu"and"Guiyan".The relocation and technical renovation of the factory was approved by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration in August 2005 with an initial investment of 1.282 billion promised.It is expected to increase the annual production to 50 billion cigarettes(1 million boxes).China Tobacco Guizhou Industry Co..Ltd.wishes to increase productivity by advancing Chinese core technology and processes of cigarette making,and emphasised that technical transformation should be combined with strategies of enterprise development,infor matisation construction and business process re-engineering.It should also follow principles of planning once,constructing step by step and leaving room for further development.
