摘要
利用C语言构造一个数值方案用于模拟电除尘通道内电流体动力学流动。根据已有试验的测量结果,对用于模拟通道内电流体动力学流动的5种湍流模型在不同条件下模拟得到的数值结果进行分析和讨论。结果表明,本文给出的数值模型可准确预测电风与主流相干作用导致的电流体动力学湍流流动。对于流场的模拟,与κ-ω类湍流模型相比,κ-ε类模型更适合模拟电除尘器内的电流体动力学流动。κ-ε类湍流模型得到的数值结果准确度与电风效应强度的相关性较弱。对于湍动的预测,当电风作用较强时,RNGκ-ε模型精度最高,电风作用较弱时,Realizableκ-ε模型更合适。
A numerical scheme coded by C language was constructed for simulating the electrohydrodynamic(EHD)flow in an electrostatic precipitation channel.According to the existing experimental data,the numerical results of five turbulence models for the EHD flow in the simulated channel were analyzed and discussed under different electrical and geometrical conditions.The results show that the numerical model by the present study can be used to accurately predict the EHD turbulent flow caused by the interaction between electric wind and mainstream.For the simulation of the flow field,the type ofκ-εmodel is more suitable for simulating the EHD flow in the electrostatic precipitator than theκ-ωturbulence model.A correlation between the strength of the electric wind and the accuracy of the numerical results obtained by theκ-εturbulence model is weak.However,for the prediction of turbulence,the RNGκ-εmodel has the highest accuracy when the electric wind is strong,and the Realizableκ-εmodel is more suitable as the electric wind is weak.
