“三圆辨证”法的提出及其在中医临床中的应用探讨

Establishment and clinical application of Three-circle Syndrome Differentiation

针对当前临床诊疗中分科趋于细化、整体观念应用不突出而容易导致疾病误诊及疗效不理想的情况,通过文献研究与武学、医学临床实践相结合,利用中医象思维提出一种新的从脏腑、经络、脊柱三方面进行综合辨证的方法,即按照“脏腑圆”“经络圆”“脊柱圆”进行的“三圆辨证”方法,从而促进整体观念和辨证论治在临床中的应用,提高临床诊治水平,促进人民健康。

A new method of comprehensive syndrome differentiation,Three-circle Syndrome Differentiation,based on the three aspects of viscera,meridians,and spine,is proposed by using the image thinking of Chinese medicine through the combination of literature research,martial arts,and medical clinical practice.Misdiagnosis of diseases and unsatisfactory curative effects often appear due to ignorance of holism concept and too detailed clinical division.Three-circle Syndrome Differentiation can promote the application of the holism concept and syndrome differentiation,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment and the patients’health.
