急诊院前登记辅助预检分诊系统的应用与研究

加强预检分诊环节的数据收集和利用,提升病人分诊分流管理的规范性、准确性和效率,解决急诊患者的就诊效率;通过信息化手段,将急诊信息管理系统和微信公众号等线上程序进行整合,将急诊科的服务范围扩展至院前的线上终端;开发并研制急诊院前登记辅助预检分诊信息管理系统;减少患者在急诊前台信息录入环节,加快急诊分诊变无序急诊为有序急诊;同时根据登记人数,为急诊管理者科学调度人力提供决策依据。

To strengthen the data collection and utilization of pre-examination,improve the standardization,accuracy,and efficiency of patient triage and triage management,and solve the treatment efficiency of emergency patients.By means of informatization,the emergency information management system and WeChat public number and other online programs are integrated,and the service scope of emergency department was extended to the hospital’s online terminal.The information management system of pre-hospital registration assistant pre-hospital triage was invented and developed.The information input of patients in the front desk of the emergency department is reduced,and the triage of emergency department is accelerated,and the disordered emergency department is changed into an order one.At the same time,according to the number of registered people,it provides decision basis for emergency management to scientifically dispatch manpower.
