摘要
目的“造口护理工作坊”对肠造口预防和处理并发症的临床带教价值研究。方法选取本院2017年8月至2018年7月的临床示范带教的35例肠造口患者和护理人员作为对照组;选取本院2018年8月至2019年8月的“造口护理工作坊”临床示范带教的35例肠造口患者和护理人员作为研究组;调查年度内本科室护理人员变化,对比两组示范带教患者护理人员的肠造口理论考核、宣教讲解能力、临床操作考核分数及护理人员对带教模式的满意度。结果研究组理论考试、临床考试、宣教讲解评分分别为(94.37±3.21)分、(91.37±1.29)分、(94.53±2.52)分,均高于对照组(91.89±3.41)分、(90.49±1.37)分、(91.64±2.61)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组理论知识、护理技能评分分别为(91.37±2.59)分、(92.01±2.72)分,均高于对照组(89.51±2.69)分、(88.99±2.88)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科护理人员应用造口护理工作坊带教模式,可有效提高护理人员对预防和处理相关知识的掌握能力,且该带教模式易于护理人员接受,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical teaching value of“ostomy nursing workshop”in prevention and management of complications of enterostomy.Methods 35 patients taking enterostomy and nursing staff taught in our hospital from August,2017 to July,2018 were set as a control group,and 35 patients taking enterostomy and nursing staff taught by ostomy nursing workshop”from August,2018 to August,2019 as a study group.The changes in nursing staff at the department during the year were investigated.The theoretical assessment and explanation ability of enterostomy,the clinical operation credits,and nurses’satisfaction with the teaching modes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of related theory,clinical practice,and explanation ability were higher in the study group than in the control group[(94.37±3.21)vs.(91.89±3.41),(91.37±1.29)vs.(90.49±1.37),and(94.53±2.52)vs.(91.64±2.61);all P<0.05].The scores of theoretical knowledge and nursing skills were higher in the study group than in the control group[(91.37±2.59)vs.(89.51±2.69)and(92.01±2.72)vs.(88.99±2.88);both P<0.05].Conclusion The application of ostomy nursing workshop teaching mode can effectively improve the nurses' ability to master the relevant knowledge of prevention and treatment,and the teaching mode is easy for nursing staff to accept,and has clinical promotion value.
