氧化应激诱导的糖尿病肾病的临床治疗研究进展

Research progress in clinical treatment of oxidative stress-induced diabetic nephropathy

糖尿病最常见的并发症是糖尿病肾病。糖尿病肾病的发病机制较复杂,与多种因素有关。氧化应激诱导与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展具有密切联系,主要通过产生活性氧,影响糖尿病患者肾组织结构及功能。现代临床研究主要通过调控患者血脂、血压及抗炎等方式进行治疗。中医认为糖尿病肾病始于气阴两虚,属“肾劳、消渴、水肿”范畴,导致脾肾两虚,以虚证为本,淤血、气滞、痰湿、湿毒为表。中药治疗包括内服、灌肠、针刺等方法。针对中西治疗方式探究氧化应激诱导的糖尿病肾病的临床治疗进展。

The most common complication of diabetes is diabetic nephropathy.The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is complicated and related to many factors.Induction of oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy,which mainly affects the structure and function of kidney tissue of diabetic patients by generating reactive oxygen species.Modern clinical research mainly treats patients by regulating blood lipids,blood pressure,and anti-inflammatory methods.TCM believes that diabetic nephropathy begins with deficiency of Qi and Yin,and belongs to the categories of“kidney labor”,“thirst quenching”,and“edema”,causing weakness in kidney and spleen.Deficiency syndromes are its basis.And its appearances are blood stasis,stagnant Qi,phlegm-dampness,and damp toxin.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes oral administration,enema,and acupuncture.The clinical treatment progress of oxidative stress-induced diabetic nephropathy in light of Chinese and Western treatment methods is explored in this article.
