磷酸甘油酸变位酶5是糖酵解中重要的酶,其参与有丝分裂、坏死性凋亡、免疫应答和炎症反应、氧化还原反应、脂质的相关代谢等过程,在目前的研究中,在肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、催乳素瘤、弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤等肿瘤组织中均发现了PGAM5的存在,且PGAM5的表达越高,肿瘤的预后越差,故而PGAM5可作为肿瘤的新靶点。

Phosphoglycerate mutase 5(PGAM5)is an important enzyme in glycolysis.It involves in mitosis,necrotic apoptosis,immune response,inflammatory response,oxidation-reduction reaction,lipid metabolism,and other processes.In current research,PGAM5 has been found in lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,prolactinoma,diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,and other tumor tissues.The higher the expression of PGAM5,the worse of the tumor,so PGAM5 can be used as a new tumor target.
