摘要 为了提升Zeta变换器的电压增益,提出了一种新型高增益耦合电感开关电容集成Zeta变换器。首先,将开关电容结构引入Zeta变换器,将变换器的输入电感作为耦合电感的原边,副边与电容、二极管组成倍压结构集成至开关电容结构中,共用开关电容中的二极管-电容倍压单元作为无源箝位支路。然后,分析了变换器工作在连续工作模式与断续工作模式下的工作原理,给出了各项性能参数。理论分析表明,变换器在实现较高电压增益的同时,开关管具有低电压应力。最后,通过搭建一台150 W的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。 To increase the voltage gain of a Zeta converter,a novel high-gain coupled inductor switched capacitor Zeta integrated converter is proposed.The switched capacitor structure is introduced to a Zeta converter,whose input inductance is used as the primary side of the coupled inductor.The secondary side and the capacitor-diode are combined to form a voltage-doubling structure and further integrated into a switched capacitor structure,where the diode-capacitor multiplier unit is shared as a passive clamp branch.The working principle for the converter working in continuous conduction mode and discontinuous conduction mode is analyzed,and the corresponding performance parameters are given.Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed converter realizes high voltage gain while keeping a low voltage stress in the switch.Finally,the correctness of theoretical analysis was proved by constructing a 150 W experimental prototype.
