摘要
为探讨桑黄提取物对运动心律失常的作用,建立用氯化钡诱导大鼠心律失常模型,观察桑黄提取物对室性心动过速恢复时间、心电图QT间期和QRS间期的影响。试验结果显示,大鼠心动过速产生时间延长、心动过速恢复时间缩短。给大鼠注射桑黄提取物高、低剂量均可以显著缩短大鼠QT间期,但对QRS间期影响不大。桑黄提取物对运动心律失常有很好的预防和治疗效果,可以降低运动心律失常风险。
In order to investigate the effect of Phellinus igniarius extract on exercise arrhythmia,establish rat arrhythmia model induced by barium chloride and observe the effects of P.igniarius extract on ventricular tachycardia recovery time,QT interval and QRS interval of electrocardiogram.The results showed that the generation time of tachycardia was prolonged and the recovery time of tachycardia was shortened,the QT interval of rats could be significantly shortened by injecting high and low doses of P.igniarius extract,but the QRS interval was not affected.The extract of P.igniarius has good prevention and treatment effect on exercise arrhythmia,and can reduce the risk of exercise arrhythmia.
