摘要
分析金针菇多糖在缓解运动疲劳和调节恢复能力方面起到的作用。将30只大鼠平均分为3组进行处理,10周后比较3组大鼠的白细胞指标变化、血红蛋白指标变化、肌酸激酶指标变化、尿素氮指标变化。研究结果显示,第4周开始直至第10周,大鼠的白细胞含量变化明显,说明金针菇多糖具有良好的白细胞含量维持作用,进而提升机体免疫力;除第1周外,试验组大鼠其余时间内血红蛋白指标变化均优于对照组大鼠,证实了金针菇多糖可以提升运动疲劳后的血红蛋白水平;第2周后试验组大鼠的肌酸激酶及尿素氮指标均低于对照组,说明金针菇多糖对疲劳恢复情况作用良好。金针菇能较好的维持运动功能水平,促进大鼠的血红蛋白指标趋于正常,维持其免疫平衡。金针菇能为运动员体能训练与恢复起到一定作用,可作为相关营养品或运动饮料的原材料。
In order to analyze the role of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide in relieving sports fatigue and regulating recovery ability.30 rats were divide equally into 3 groups and given treatment.After 10 weeks,the changes of white blood cell index,hemoglobin index,creatine kinase index,and urea nitrogen index of rats are compared.The results showed that,from the fourth week to the tenth week,the number of white blood cells of the groups of rats changed significantly,indicating that F.velutipes polysaccharide has good white blood cell level maintenance effect,which improves the body’s immunity,from the second week of the observation group,the hemoglobin index changes are better than the control group rats in the remaining time,confirming that F.velutipes polysaccharide can improve hemoglobin after sports fatigue.From the second week,the creatine kinase index levels and urea of nitrogen indicators of the test groups rats were all lower than the control group,indicating that F.velutipes polysaccharides played a good role in the recovery of fatigue.F.velutipes has a good maintenance level of motor function,which could make the hemoglobin index of rats tend to the normal level,and could also maintain the immune balance of other indexes.It can play a key role in athletes’physical training and recovery in the future,as raw materials for related nutritional products or sports drinks.
