摘要
对银耳膳食纤维在运动代谢调节中的作用开展研究,进行了银耳膳食纤维对小鼠运动代谢的调节试验。小鼠肠道推进运动试验证明了银耳膳食纤维对胃肠运动代谢的作用,小鼠粪便乳杆菌群数量的测定证明了银耳膳食纤维对肠道菌群的调节作用。试验表明,银耳膳食纤维能够有效促进小鼠肠道运动代谢,并通过血液循环来对其它运动代谢进行调节。
The function of Tremella fuciformis dietary fiber in the regulation of exercise metabolism was studied,and the regulation experiment of T.fuciformis dietary fiber on exercise metabolism in mice was carried out.The results showed that the dietary fiber of T.fuciformis could regulate the gastrointestinal motility and metabolism,and the amount of lactobacilli in mice could regulate the intestinal flora.The results showed that the dietary fiber of T.fuciformis can effectively promote the intestinal motility metabolism of mice,and regulate other motility metabolism through blood circulation.
