摘要
运动性骨骼肌损伤的修复是一个复杂的过程。采用跑台力竭训练建立大鼠骨骼肌损伤模型,对灌胃香菇多糖的大鼠血液中LDH、CK含量进行检测,结果表明,随检测时间推移,LDH、CK活性变化趋势均呈下降状态,跑台训练组较对照组LDH、CK活性均显著下降;骨骼肌电镜扫描结果显示,灌胃了香菇多糖的跑台组较对照组的肌原纤维和肌小节排列方式更加清晰、肌浆网状结构也更加完整。香菇多糖对大鼠骨骼肌有一定的持续修复作用,可以用于骨骼肌损伤相关治疗。
The repair of sports skeletal muscle injury is a complex process.The model of rat skeletal muscle injury was established by exhaustive training of jumping platform.LDH and CK in the blood of rats fed with lentinan were measured.The results showed that the activity of LDH and CK decreased with the test time,and the activity of LDH and CK decreased significantly in the training group compared with the control group.The scanning results of skeletal muscle electron microscope showed that the arrangement of myofibrils and sarcomeres in the group with lentinan was clearer and the sarcoplasmic reticular structure was more complete.Lentinan can be used in the treatment of skeletal muscle injury.
