摘要
为研究香菇谷氨酰胺在过度运动中的免疫调节作用,对小鼠灌胃香菇谷氨酰胺提取液,比较小鼠体重、抗氧化能力和血液生化指标。试验结果表明,香菇谷氨酰胺能够促进小鼠骨骼肌生长,增加小鼠体重;高剂量的香菇谷氨酰胺能够降低MDA活性,增加SOD活性。结果也表明谷氨酰胺作为免疫细胞、肌肉细胞的重要营养能源来源,对过度运动的免疫调节有一定作用。
To study the effect of Lentinus edodes glutamine on the immune regulation of hyperkinesia,the body weight,antioxidant capacity and blood biochemical indexes of mice were compared by gavage with L.edodes glutamine extract.After the test,the weight change of mice showed that L.edodes glutamine could promote the growth of skeletal muscle and increase the weight of mice.Antioxidant test showed that,high dose L.edodes glutamine could reduce MDA activity and increase SOD activity.Glutamine,as an important source of energy for immune cells and muscle cells,plays a certain role in the immune regulation of excessive exercise.
