高效氯氰菊酯在平菇熟料栽培中的安全性评价

摘要 对高效氯氰菊酯在平菇熟料栽培中的应用进行安全性评价,用不同浓度高效氯氰菊酯拌料于平菇栽培熟料,追踪整个生产过程各个生产节点的农残含量。结果显示,灭菌可以有效降低农药残留;从食品安全角度,用药浓度低于0.15%时,平菇子实体食用安全;从环保角度,用药浓度低于0.15%时,各用药浓度以棉籽壳为主料的平菇熟料栽培二潮菇培养料中均有农药残留,而以玉米芯为主料的平菇熟料,仅当用药浓度低于0.03%时,二潮菇的培养料才未检测到农药残留;说明高效氯氰菊酯对平菇食品质量安全影响较小,但仍存在环境安全隐患。 In order to evaluate the safety of beta-cypermethrin in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus on sterilized substrate,the beta-cypermethrin with different concentration for mixing materials were individually added,samples were taken at each production node to detect the content of beta-cypermethrin.The results showed that sterilization can reduce pesticide residues effectively;From the perspective of food safety,the fruit body was safe to eat when the concentration was not higher than 0.15%.From an environmental point of view,there were safe hidden trouble in the production of P.ostreatus with cottonseed shell as the main substrate when concentration were not higher than 0.15%,pesticide residues still existed in the substrate after the second stubble fruiting bodies harvested.No pesticide residues could be detected in the substrate after the second stubble fruiting bodies harvested in the production of P.ostreatus with corn cob as the main substrate when concentration were not higher than0.03%.It showed that beta-cypermethrin had little influence on the quality and safety of P.ostreatus,but there were hidden danger of environmental safety.
