强脉冲光联合局部按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with local massage in the treatment of xerophthalmia caused by meibomian gland dysfunction

目的观察在睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症治疗中强脉冲光(IPL)联合局部按摩治疗方法所取得的临床治疗效果。方法 120例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组予以0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗方法 ,观察组采用强脉冲光联用局部睑板腺按摩治疗方法 ,比较两组患者治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的BUT(10.03±2.52)s长于对照组的(7.14±2.03)s, OSDI(16.47±2.13)分低于对照组的(21.36±2.12)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症疾病治疗中应用强脉冲光联合局部按摩治疗方法 ,患者的眼部功能明显提高,临床症状得到改善,取得了突出的临床治疗效果,体现出了较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed light(IPL) combined with local massage in the treatment of xerophthalmia caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods A total of 120 patients with of xerophthalmia caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated by 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the observation group was treated by intense pulsed light combined with local massage. The break-up time(BUT), ocular surface disease index(OSDI) and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, BUT(10.03±2.52) s of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(7.14±2.03) s, and OSDI(16.47±2.13) points was lower than that of the control group(21.36±2.12) points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment 96.67% of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 83.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with local massage shows remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of xerophthalmia caused by meibomian gland dysfunction, which can improve the eye functions and clinical symptoms. This method contains high clinical application value.
