采用宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的观察及疗效评价

Observation and efficacy evaluation of the treatment of endometrial polyps by hysteroscope

目的探究宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的观察及疗效。方法 84例子宫内膜息肉患者,以电脑随机抽取的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规刮宫术治疗;观察组则予以宫腔镜电切术治疗。比较两组手术指标、治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间(31.23±2.12)min、住院时间(4.17±0.57)d短于对照组的(49.05±4.45)min、(6.50±1.21)d,手术出血量(40.24±2.61)ml少于对照组的(63.09±5.76)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%(41/42),高于对照组的83.33%(35/42),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.974, P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.76%(2/42),低于对照组的21.43%(9/42),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.126, P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的住院时间和手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量减少,术后并发症发生率明显降低,疗效显著,值得进一步应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of hysteroscope in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial polyps were divided into control group and observation group according to computer random method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional curettage;the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The operation indexes,treatment effect and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(31.23±2.12)min,hospitalization time(4.17±0.57)d of the observation group were shorter than(49.05±4.45)min and(6.50±1.21)d of the control group,and amount of surgical bleeding(40.24±2.61)ml was less than(63.09±5.76)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than 83.33%(35/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.974,P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 4.76%(2/42),which was lower than 21.43%(9/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.126,P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy has a significant effect in the treatment of endometrial polyps,which can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and operation time,reduces amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,and significantly reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of further application and promotion.
