早期综合干预对小于胎龄儿生长发育、体格发育和智能发育等影响观察

摘要 目的分析对小于胎龄儿进行早期综合干预对其生长发育、体格发育和智能发育等影响。方法利用随机数表法对青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院在2017年5月~2018年6月收治的100例小于胎龄儿进行分组研究,参考组患儿(n=50)行常规护理,研究组患儿(n=50)在常规护理上行早期综合干预,对比两组患儿的最终护理结果。结果研究组患儿1周岁时的智能发育情况明显好于参考组患儿1周岁时的智能发育情况,有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患儿1周岁时体格发育明显好于参考组患儿1周岁时体格发育,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对小于胎龄儿进行早期综合干预效果显著,故值得在临床中应用。
