磁性活性炭的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能 被引量:4

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料,采用两步水热法制备磁性活性炭,并用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、比表面仪和X射线光电子能谱仪进行表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液模拟印染废水,研究活化剂ZnCl2用量、FeCl3用量、磁性活性炭用量和吸附时间对印染废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:磁性活性炭为介孔结构,比表面积为120.2 m^2/g;Fe3O4纳米颗粒成功附着在活性炭表面;考虑成本和能耗问题,在ZnCl2用量10 g、FeCl3用量3 g、磁性活性炭用量100 mg、吸附时间90 min的条件下,催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的处理效果最佳,去除率达到93.4%。 Magnetic activated carbon was prepared from corn starch by two-step hydrothermal method,and was characteristic by XRD,SEM,TEM,BET and XPS.Using methylene blue solution as a simulated printing and dyeing wastewater,the effects of the dosage of ZnCl2,FeCl3 and magnetic activated carbon,time were studied.The result indicated that the prepared magnetic activated carbon was mesoporous and the specific surface area was 120.2 m^2/g.Fe3O4 nano particles adhered to the surface of active carbon successfully.Concerning the cost and energy consumption,under the conditions of ZnCl210 g,FeCl33 g,magnetic activated carbon 100 mg and time 90 min,the catalyst had the best effect on methylene blue solution,and the removal rate reached 93.4%.
