摘要 针对传统水利防汛决策系统状态管控机制存在的若干固有弊端,提出了一种基于传感器集群的智慧水利信息采集和反馈系统。引入传感器集群获取水利防汛决策多维状态数据,采用面向非线性映射的改进蚁群算法进行多传感器数据融合,利用模糊神经网络算法建立水利防汛决策多维工作状态数据到闭环优化反馈的物理映射。以我国东部地区某综合水利枢纽设施为效能评价载体,开发原型系统并进行效能实证分析,结果表明原型系统在设备规划和调整策略、重要防汛点实时定位、与智慧信息链的衔接性、异常信息的实时反馈与预警等方面具有明显优势。 In view of some inherent disadvantages of the state control mechanism of the traditional water conservancy flood control decision system,an intelligent water conservancy information collection and feedback system based on sensor cluster is proposed.The multi-dimensional state data of water conservancy flood control decision-making is obtained by sensor cluster,multi-sensor data fusion is carried out by improved ant colony algorithm for nonlinear mapping,and the physical mapping from multidimensional state data of water conservancy flood control decision-making to closed-loop optimization feedback is established by fuzzy neural network algorithm.Taking a comprehensive water conservancy project in the east of China as the performance evaluation carrier,a prototype system is developed and its effectiveness is empirically analyzed.The results show that the prototype system has obvious advantages in equipment planning and adjustment strategy,real-time positioning of important flood control points,connection with intelligent information chain,real-time feedback and early warning of abnormal information,etc.
