基于能量平衡的电力资源动态配置效率优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决传统配置优化方案未考虑不同能量不足的问题,而导致配置效率优化效果较差的问题,提出了基于能量平衡的电力资源动态配置效率优化研究。根据电力资源结构,分析能量平衡动态保护原理,将能量平衡状态作为约束条件,设计平行双回线模型,确定线路模分量之间的耦合关系。依据内部资源正负反馈关系,引入流量与存量理论,分析电力系统动态反馈关系,以此构建总投入最小的动态能量平衡模型。设计配置优化流程,完成电力资源动态配置效率优化。依据湖北电力系统实际情况,设计实验。由实验结果可知,所研究方法最高优化效果可达98%,在保障电力系统运行安全性基础上具有显著经济性。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional allocation optimization scheme does not consider the different energy shortage,which leads to the poor allocation efficiency optimization effect,a dynamic allocation efficiency optimization of power resources based on energy balance is proposed.According to the structure of power resources,the principle of dynamic protection of energy balance is analyzed,and the state of energy balance is taken as the constraint condition.The parallel double circuit line model is designed to determine the coupling relationship between the components of the line model.According to the positive and negative feedback relationship of internal resources,the theory of flow and stock is introduced to analyze the dynamic feedback relationship of power system,so as to build the dynamic energy balance model with the minimum total input.Design the process of configuration optimization to optimize the efficiency of dynamic allocation of power resources.According to the actual situation of Hubei power system,the experiment is designed.From the experimental results,we can see that the maximum optimization effect of the method can reach 98%,which has significant economy on the basis of ensuring the security of power system operation.
