“一带一路”背景下广东高等教育国际化问题研究

Issues of Guangdong Education Internationalization from the Perspective of“One Belt One Road”Initiative

广东作为"一带一路"建设的重要参与者,推进与沿线国家高等教育合作具有重要的战略意义。但是,在总量上,广东高等教育国际化与其经济地位不相符;高等教育国际合作领域有待拓宽;高等教育国际化仍然以"请进来"为主要特征;来粤留学生的教育质量有待提高。基于这些问题,应有针对性地合理布局,加强广东高等教育国际化顶层设计;根据广东地方特色打造"一带一路"国际教育合作品牌;利用沿线国家的发展特点精准对接高等教育国际化;提高来粤留学生教育的质量与水平。

As an important participant in"One Belt One Road"construction,extanding Guangdong Education cooperation with the countries along the Belt and Road has strategic significance.However,Guandong internationalization of higher education in terms of quality does not match its economic status in China.The area of international cooperation in higher education is still expected to extend.With the input model dominating its education internationalization,the education quality of the overseas students still needs to be enhanced.And the study on educational cooperation among the Belt and Road countries and areas also needs to be deepened.To addressed these issues,the present study proposes the following counter measures:1)Top layer design should be made to rationally plan the education cooperation with the countries and areas involved in"One Belt One Road"Initiative.2)Brands of international cooperation in higher education should be developed according to Guangdong local characteristics.3)Education cooperation should cater to the development features and needs of the involved countries.4)The quality of the education of overseas students needs to be improved.
