Focusing on Practical Value:The Experience and Implication of Talent Cultivation in Australian First-Class Universities

当前中国与全球经济联系更加紧密,国家实施"走出去"战略,高校培养人才必须与国际惯例接轨,按照国际竞争的标准来培养人才。以澳大利亚几所一流本科高校为例,在实现实践价值为中心的视角下研究教学特色,总结出其人才培养目标是通过实践教学的方法培养社会需求型大学生。从中带给我国高校本科人才培养的启示:应主动建设实习体制,学会利用现代化科技技术,开设多种课程建立学分制度,组织多类实践教学等方面。

At present,China is more closely connected with global economy.With the implementation of the"going out"strategy,colleges and universities need to cultivate talents in line with international practices and competition standards.On the basis of the practice in several first-class undergraduate universities in Australia,the present study focuses on the teaching characteristics from the perspective of centering around the achievement of practical value.It is concluded that the talent development goal of these universities is to produce graduates who cater to the need of society through practical teaching.The implication for domestic higher institutions includes establishing internship system,learning to utilize modern technology,providing more courses,developing credit system,implementing various practical teaching,etc.
