粤港澳大湾区背景下一流高职院校创业教育发展研究

The Development of Entrepreneurship Education in First-class Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区正处于建设的关键时期,湾区内的一流高职院校2018年毕业生自主创业率普遍呈现较低的情况。一流高职院校如何借助湾区建设这个机遇来强化院校自身创业教育发展,同时反作用推动湾区的建设,为湾区的建设培养更多创业人才。一流高职院校创业教育发展在粤港澳大湾区背景下如何受其影响及发展。通过SWOT法分析高职院校当前的发展现状,提出建议对策,以供湾区内的一流高职院校创业教育进一步发展。

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in the key period of construction,however,the ratio of self-employed graduates in 2018 are generally rather low in the first-class vocational colleges in the Bey Area.It is essential that these vocational colleges make use of the opportunity of the Bay Area construction to strengthen their entrepreneurship education and in return to promote the construction of the bay area at the same time,providing more entrepreneurial talent for the construction of the Bay Area.The present study intends to discuss how the development of entrepreneurship education in top vocational colleges is affected and developed under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Based on the SWOT analysis of the status quo of the development of higher vocational colleges,suggestions are proposed for the further development of entrepreneurship education in these colleges in the Bay Area.
