我国高职院校辅导员研究热点分析

The Status Quo of the Research on Higher Vocational College Counselors in China

为了解高职院校辅导员研究热点与未来发展趋势,通过BICOMB对收录在"CNKI"上529篇论文进行统计,利用SPSS20.0绘制出我国高职辅导员研究领域的热点知识图谱。结果发现我国高职辅导员走在职业化和专业化的路上,但相关研究成果仍然存在数量少、质量低、成果散、核心研究成果少和研究群体单一等问题。相关研究主要围绕辅导员队伍职业化专业化、工作方法与策略、职业能力和学生心理健康教育研究四个领域。

In order to get insight into the research hotspot and future trend of counselors in higher vocational colleges,529 papers collected on"CNKI"were analyzed by BICOMB,and SPSS20.0 was used to draw the hot knowledge map of related literature.Results show that vocational counselors is professional in China,but related academic research still need to be deepened and extended in terms of quantity,quality,results and researcher.Besides,related research mainly focuses on the professional and specialization of the counselor team,their working methods and strategies,professional competence and students’mental health education.
