基于多元逐步回归分析的粤、港、澳三地青少年运动习惯影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Teenagers'Sports Habits in Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao Based on Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis

目的:探讨粤、港、澳三地青少年运动习惯及影响因素。方法:于2018年11月-2020年2月对三地共449名青少年进行了问卷调查。基于spss22.0,利用单因素方差检验筛选三地差异因素,在此基础上以运动频率与时长合成因变量,分别建立三地多元逐步回归模型进行运动习惯影响因素分析。结果:运动兴趣程度(b=0.697)、自我运动情况评价(b=0.405)、家庭收入(b=0.312)是对广东青少年运动习惯的影响因素;家庭成员运动习惯(b=0.609)、父母对体育运动认知(b=0.618)、体育消费来源(b=0.611)、自我运动情况评价(b=0.573)是对香港青少年运动习惯的影响因素;体育课程APP运用(b=-0.645)、体育消费来源(b=0.307)、运动消费收入占比(b=0.244)、社团经费来源(b=0.243)、自我运动情况评价(b=0.252)、父母受教育水平(b=0.204)是对澳门青少年运动习惯的影响因素。结论:广东应在青少年体育运动兴趣培养方面加大力度;香港应进一步发挥父母促进青少年参与体育运动的作用,协同好政府在全民健身领域投入扶持与运动消费高度市场化的关系;澳门应加强学校体育教学手段更新,重视体育社团管理运营机制。

Objective To explore the sports habits and influencing factors of adolescents in Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao.Methods from November 2018 to February 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 449 adolescents in three places.Based on SPSS 22.0,the single factor variance test was used to screen the different factors of the three areas.On this basis,the multiple stepwise regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of exercise habits.result Sports interest(b=0.697),self-evaluation of sports(b=0.405),family income(b=0.312)are the influencing factors of sports habits of Guangdong teenagers;sports habits of family members(b=0.609),parents'cognition of sports(b=0.618),sources of sports consumption(b=0.611),self-evaluation of sports(b=0.573)are the influencing factors of sports habits of Hong Kong teenagers;sports curriculum app operation Using(b=-0.645),the source of sports consumption(b=0.307),the proportion of sports consumption income(b=0.244),the source of community funds(b=0.243),the self-evaluation of sports(b=0.252),the level of education of parents(b=0.204)are the influencing factors on the sports habits of adolescents in Macao.Conclusion Guangdong should strengthen the cultivation of teenagers'interest in sports;Hong Kong should give full play to the role of parents in promoting teenagers'participation in sports,coordinate the government's investment and support in the field of national fitness with a high degree of marketization of sports consumption;Macao should strengthen the renewal of school sports teaching means and attach importance to the management and operation mechanism of sports associations.
