广东省群众性体育赛事发展困境与路径研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Path of Mass Sports in Guangdong Province from the Perspective of Holistic Governance Theory

采用文献研究法与访谈法,通过实地调研,对广东省群众性体育赛事发展进行了研究。研究认为:伴随着全民健身的热潮,广东省群众性体育赛事发展步入了快车道,但在快速发展的同时,也存在不少问题。目前广东省群众性体育赛事遭遇政府机构管理分散,纵向协作能力较差;赛事供给特色不足,运作模式有待提升;市场调控能力较弱,缺乏法律保障制度等困境。为此,广东省应当立足于粤港澳大湾区,依托大湾区优势,形成湾区效应,加快建立整体性协调机构,打造“一站式”服务系统;深入挖掘广东省独有的历史文化资源和自然资源,打造特色品牌活动;从立法方面为群众性体育赛事提供制度保障,建立有效的激励和约束机制。

With the rise of national fitness,mass sports events ushered in rapid development.But there are still many problems behind prosperity.This study adopts the methods of literature research and interview,through field research,analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the development of mass sports events in Guangdong Province,and puts forward suggestions for the development path based on the perspective of holistic governance.This study holds that:The development of mass sports events in Guangdong Province should be based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),relying on the advantages of the Great Bay area,forming the bay area effect,speeding up the establishment of an overall coordination mechanism,and building a"one-stop"service system.Also,it should deeply tap the unique historical cultural resources and natural resources of Guangdong Province,and create characteristic brand activities.What's more,from the aspect of legislation,it should provide a system guarantee for mass sports events,and establishes effective incentive and restraint mechanisms to ensure its healthy development.
