海南全域自贸区建设背景下休闲体育特色小镇的发展,有利于创新海南乡村发展模式、推动美丽乡村建设,加快城乡一体化、缩小城乡差距,完善乡村基础设施,全面建成小康社会。根据海南实际情况和存在的问题,基于国内外休闲体育特色小镇建设经验,提出制定发展规划、优化产业体系、创新体制机制等建设措施。

The development of leisure sports characteristic towns in the context of the construction of Hainan's free trade zone is conducive to innovating Hainan's rural development model,promoting the construction of beautiful villages,accelerating urban-rural integration,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,improving rural infrastructure,and building a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the actual situation and existing problems in Hainan,and based on the experience of domestic and foreign leisure sports town construction,it puts forward development measures such as developing development plans,optimizing industrial systems,and innovating institutional mechanisms.
