摘要
近年来,我国儿童青少年近视率逐年攀升,且呈现低龄化、度数深的趋势,已经成为严重的社会问题、危机问题,而仅靠爱眼教育、眼保健操、体育活动等传统的防控手段,不足以解决儿童青少年近视问题。视觉训练早被法、英、美等国家普遍使用,如果在我国得到重视,并且课程化,将会更有效地实现防控近视目标。在分析视觉训练课程化必要性的基础上,基于布鲁纳认知结构学习理论、杜威经验活动论,解析视觉训练课程的目标及内容设计,并通过反转拍和聚散球两个视觉训练案例实证进行分析,最终探索出视觉训练课程化模式,为视觉训练课程化提供理论指导和实践参考。
In recent years,the myopia rate of children and adolescents in China has been increasing year by year,showing the trend of younger age and deeper degree,which has become a serious social problem and crisis problem.Visual training has been widely used in France,Britain,and the United States and other countries.If visual training is emphasized and put into curricula in our country,it will be more effective to achieve the goal of preventing and controlling myopia.Based on the analysis of the necessity of visual training curriculum,at the same time,based on Bruner's cognitive structure learning theory and Dewey's empirical activity theory,this paper analyzes the objectives and content design of the visual training curriculum.And through the analysis is based on two empirical examples of visual training of inverted beats and scattered balls.Finally,the curriculum model of visual training is explored to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the inclusion of visual training content in the physical education curriculum.
