CBL教学法在中西医结合儿科中的应用研究 被引量:5

Applied Research of CBL Teaching Method in Pediatrics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要 目的:探讨CBL教学法在中西医结合儿科教学中的应用价值。方法:分别将贵州中医药大学中西医结合专业共404名学生纳入研究,其中200名学生采用CBL教学法,纳入实验组,204名学生采用课堂讲授教学法,纳入对照组。两组分别以一个学期为研究周期。学期结束后,通过发放问卷的方式,收集学生反馈的教学效果。结果:问卷调查结果显示,CBL教学在提升学生学习主动性、激发学生学习兴趣、分析表达能力、团队协作能力、解决临床实际问题能力等方面明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法能提高中西医结合儿科教学质量,提高学生自主学习能力以及解决实际问题等能力,受到学生普遍认可。 Objective:The study aims to explore the application value of CBL teaching method in pediatrics teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:This study involved a total of 404 students,among which 200 students form the experiment group,while 204 students made up the control group.In the experiment of one semster,the former were tought with CBL teaching method,while the later with regular lecturing method.At the end of the semester,the feedback of teaching effect from students of the two groups was collected by distributing questionnaires.Results:The questionnaire showed that the CBL teaching method is significantly better than regular lecturing method in improving students learning initiative,stimulating students learning interest,and cultivating students ability to analyze,express,cooperate and solve clinical problems,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method can improve the teaching quality of pediatric integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,improve students independent learning ability and ability to solve practical problems,and thus is generally recognized by students.
