摘要
目的:比较磁共振相位对比静脉成像(PC-MRV).对比增强静脉成像(CE-MRV)、时间维度动态增强血管成像(TRICKS-MRA)对脑皮质静脉的成像效果。方法:前瞻性纳入22名健康志愿者,依次行PC-MRV、TRICKS-MRA和CE-MRV检查,通过半定量评分法对22例健康志愿者的脑浅表静脉图像进行评估,计算信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),并进行三种方法间统计学分析。结果:与PC-MRV相比,CE-MRV和TRICKS-MRA对脑皮质静脉的显示效果更好(P<0.017)。CE-MRV的SNR和CNR最高,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与TRICKS-MRA和PC-MRV比较,CE-MRV具有较好的脑皮质浅表静脉显示优势。
Purpose:To compare phase-contrast(PC)magnetic resonance venography(MRV),time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics(TRICKS)magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and contrast-enhanced(CE)MRV in the visualization of cerebral cortical veins.Methods:This prospective study consisted of 22 healthy volunteers.They were all examined with PC-MRV,TRICKS-MRA and CE-MRV.The quality of these images were assessed and compared qualitatively(by a semi-quantitative scoring system)and quantitatively[by calculating signal-tonoise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratios(CNR)]by two investigators,and the disagreements were under discussion.Results:Cerebral cortical veins were better visualized by CE-MRV and TRICKS-MRA,compared with PC-MRV(P<0.017).Among quantitative quality analysis of these three imaging methods,the highest SNR and CNR were obtained with CE-MRV,followed by TRICKS-MRA and PC-MRV(P<0.05).Conclusion:CE-MRV is better than both of TRICKS-MRA and PC-MRV in the visualization of normal cerebral cortical veins.
