摘要
建立黔产凤仙花的含量测定方法,提高凤仙花(Impatiens balsamina L.)药材的质量标准研究。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在280 nm处检测凤仙花的目标成分2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌的含量。2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌在0.0034~0.054 mg·mL^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),加样回收率为100.05%,RSD=0.73%。实验证明该方法操作简单可靠,精密度、重现性良好,可以用于控制黔产凤仙花中2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌的含量测定研究。
In this study we established a method for the determination of the content of 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone in Impatiens balsamina from Guizhou,so as to improve the quality standard of medicinal Impatiens balsamina. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted,gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase,and 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone was detected at 280 nm. The results showed that 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone had good linear relationship in the range of 0.0034 mg/mL to 0.054 mg/mL(r=0.9995,n=5),the recovery rate was 100.05%,and the RSD was 0.73%. This method was proven to be simple and reliable,with high precision and good repeatability,and could be used in the determination of the content of 2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone in Impatiens balsamina.
