儿童过敏性紫癜复发与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性分析

The correlation analysis of helicobacter pylori infection and henoch-schonlein purpura recurrence in children

目的探究儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)复发与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关系,为HSP的诊治提供一定的依据。方法选择2016年6月至2018年7月住院治疗的202例HSP患儿作为试验组,其中HSP复发者130例,非复发者72例;50例健康儿童作为对照组,对所有儿童均进行Hp检测,比较各组Hp感染率;随访1年并分析HSP复发与Hp感染的关系,以及根除Hp后人均复发次数的变化情况。结果试验组Hp感染率明显高于对照组(72.77%比42.00%,P<0.01),且HSP复发患儿Hp感染率高于非复发者(81.54%比56.94%,P<0.01);Hp感染与儿童HSP复发显著相关,且根除Hp者,HSP人均复发次数明显降低。结论Hp感染与儿童HSP的复发有一定相关性,根除Hp可有效降低HSP复发。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the recurrence of henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP)and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in children,and to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of HSP.Methods A total of 202 children with HSP were selected as the experimental group,including 130 cases of HSP recurrence,72 cases of non-recurrence,and 50 healthy children as the control group.All children were tested for Hp,and the Hp infection rates in all groups were compared.The relationship between HSP recurrence and HP infection was analyzed,as well as the change in the times of recurrence.Results The Hp infection rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.77%vs 42.00%,P<0.01),and the Hp infection rate in children with HSP recurrence was higher than that in the non-recurrence group(81.54%vs 56.94%,P<0.01).Hp infection was significantly related to the recurrence of HSP in children,and the eradication of Hp significantly reduced the times of recurrence in HSP.Conclusion Hp infection is related to the recurrence of HSP in children,and the eradication of Hp can effectively reduce the recurrence of HSP.
