各种BIM技术相关软件的应用为工程审计提供了新的思路和方法。与传统审计相比,审计人员借助如Revit、广联达、鲁班等BIM软件,不仅能实现全生命周期审计,而且也提高了审计效率,减小了审计风险。但是由于BIM技术在我国建筑行业中尚处于发展初期,在工程审计方面的应用还存在障碍和不足。

The application of various BIM technology-related software provides new ideas and methods for engineering audit.
