展馆的智慧化建设已成为必然趋势。目前,信息化建设项目多采用总承包模式进行,存在顶层设计难落地,项目难做到可持续运营,因此,论文构建以咨询为引领、运营为核心的EPC项目管理模式,为智慧展馆的建设解决缺乏个性、顶设难落地、项目可持续化运营等问题,探索智慧展馆建设项目的发展路径。

The intelligent construction of the exhibition hall has become an inevitable trend.At present,most information construction projects adopt the general contracting mode,and it is difficult to implement top-level design and achieve sustainable operation of projects.Therefore,this paper builds an EPC project management model with consulting as the guide and operation as the core,which solves the problems such as lack of personality,difficult installation and sustainable operation of the construction of the smart exhibition hall,and explores the development path of the construction of the smart exhibition hall.
