隋唐长安城墙遗址保护与海绵城市工程建设共生问题研究

Study on the Symbiosis Problems Between the Relics Protection of Chang'an City Wall in Sui and Tang Dynasties and the Construction of Sponge City

西安市小寨区域海绵城市建设,旨在解决小寨区域暴雨内涝、排水不畅、城市热岛效应等问题,其中由于区域用地紧张问题,纬零街调蓄池建设项目选址与唐长安城遗址带重叠,论文通过遗址保护与工程建设两者的共生需求出发,详细论述了共生的目的、意义和建设方案设计思路。

The construction of sponge city in Xiaozhai Area in Xi'an aims to solve the problems of rainstorm,waterlogging,poor drainage and urban heat island effect in Xiaozhai Area.Due to the shortage of regional land use,the site selection of the storage tank construction project of Weiling Street overlaps with the site belt of Chang'an City in Tang Dynasty.Based on the symbiosis demand of relics protection and engineering construction,this paper discusses the purpose,significance and construction scheme design idea of the symbiosis in detail.
