摘要
为了提高螺杆泵螺杆的加工效率,仿照螺杆加工过程,利用计算法设计出螺杆成型铣刀。在获得螺杆端面廓形方程的基础上,通过螺杆沿轴线做螺旋运动得到槽旋面方程;利用螺旋面法线与刀具轴线相交条件,求出接触线;接触线作回转运动,进而得到铣刀廓形数据。根据计算原理开发了廓形计算软件,然后依据盘状成型铣刀的结构特点,结合网络技术搭建了螺杆泵螺杆成型铣刀网络设计加工平台,完成了螺杆成型铣刀的设计与加工。
In order to improve the processing efficiency of screw pump,the screw forming milling cutter is designed by using the calculation method,following the screw processing process.On the basis of obtaining the profile equation of the end face of the screw,the spiral equation of the groove is obtained by the screw moving along the axis,and the contact line is obtained by using the intersecting condition of the normal of the spiral surface and the axis of the cutter,and the contact line is rotated,the profile data of the milling cutter is obtained.According to the principle of calculation,the software of profile calculation is developed.According to the structural characteristics of the disk shaped milling cutter,combined with the network technology,the network design and processing platform of screw pump forming milling cutter are built,and the design and processing of screw forming milling cutter are completed.
