嗜酸性粒细胞来源神经毒素与儿童呼吸道感染喘息症状相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨外周血嗜酸性粒细胞来源神经毒素(EDN)水平与呼吸道感染儿童喘息症状的相关性,为临床诊断提供新的依据。方法回顾性纳入2016年1月至2019年6月之间就诊于我院的120例呼吸道感染的儿童。获取其一般临床信息,并采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测外周血血浆中END,比较喘息患者与非喘息患者外周血EDN等指标。结果120例呼吸系统感染患者,其中喘息组40名、非喘息组80名。喘息组患者平均年龄显著高于非喘息组患者(P<0.001),并且喘息组患者过敏性皮炎病史比例显著高于非喘息组患者(P=0.019)。喘息组患者外周血EDN水平显著高于非喘息组患者(48.8±71.4 ng/mL vs.13.3±5.1 ng/mL,P<0.001)。喘息组患者外周血EDN水平显著高于肺炎(P<0.001)、普通上呼吸道感染(P<0.001)和扁桃体炎(P<0.001)患者,但这三组之间则无显著统计学差异。1岁以内、1~3岁和3~7岁的患者外周血EDN水平均无显著统计学差异。结论喘息型呼吸系统感染儿童血浆EDN水平显著升高,EDN可能是评估呼吸道感染儿童喘息症状的可靠生物标志物。 Objective To explore the correlation between eosinophil derived neurotoxin(EDN)in peripheral blood and wheezing symptoms in children with respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 120 children with respiratory tract infection from January 2016 to June 2019 were included.The general clinical information were obtained and plasma EDN were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).EDN in wheezing and non-wheezing patients were compared.Results Among 120 patients with respiratory infection,40 cases were in the wheezing group and 80 cases were in the non wheezing group.The average age of the wheezing group was significantly older than that of the non-wheezing group group(P<0.001),and the history of allergic dermatitis in the wheezing group was significantly longer than that in the non-wheezing group(P=0.019).The peripheral blood EDN level in the wheezing group was significantly higher than that in the non-wheezing group(48.8±71.4 ng/mL vs.13.3±5.1 ng/mL,P<0.001).The peripheral blood EDN level of the wheezing group was significantly higher than that of the pneumonia group,the common upper respiratory tract infection group and the tonsillitis group(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference among the three groups.There was no statistically significant difference in peripheral blood EDN levels among patients younger than 1 year old,1~3 years old,and 3~7 years old.Conclusion Plasma EDN in children with wheezing respiratory system infection is significantly higher than that in children without wheezing.
