Among the current medical litigation cases,the cases of excessive medical damage compensation cannot be ignored,which is mainly caused by the excessive medical behaviors of medical workers and medical institutions,and has caught the attention of the industry and the public.People are no longer silent when they encounter excessive medical treatment,but use legal methods to protect themselves and then safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.In this paper,the concept and problems of compensation for excessive medical damage are explained by examples,and the corresponding measures to improve the dispute of compensation for excessive medical behavior are explored,so as to promote the harmonious development between doctors and patients.
