摘要
针对卫生管理统计学教学过程中,教学设计与岗位任职需求不紧密、教学内容偏于理论化、教学方式缺乏创新等问题,围绕"突出学员岗位适应能力"的课程目标,从教学内容、教学资源、教学方式三个方面,建立"三位一体"的教学改革思路,并在2018级卫生事业管理专业教学中进行改革实践,有效促进学员学习自主性、学习满意度以及学习效果。
In the teaching process of health management statistics,the teaching design were not close to post needs,the teaching contents were too theoretical,and the teaching methods were lack of innovation.This study focused on the curriculum goal of"highlighting the post adaptability",and established the"Trinity"teaching reform mode from three aspects of teaching content,teaching resources and teaching methods.In addition,reform was carried out in Grade 2018 undergraduates of health management,which effectively promoted students’learning autonomy,learning satisfaction and learning effect.
