基于遗传咨询实践的医学遗传学教学培训体系改革

Medical Genetics Teaching Reform Based on Genetic Counseling Practice

基因芯片、高通量测序等新技术的发展加快遗传检测在临床上的应用,遗传咨询医师的临床需求也日趋迫切。但是,由于长期以来医学遗传学课程设置的不合理和教学改革的滞后,能够同时理解检测报告,并能结合临床表型进行有效咨询的医师非常少。通过总结多年来的遗传咨询实践,对目前医学遗传学教学如何密切结合临床实践、分类培养合格的遗传咨询师提出建议。

With the development of new technologies such as high-throughput sequencing,genetic testing and diagnosis have become more and more widely used in clinical practice,and the training of genetic counselors has become increasingly urgent.However,at present,there are very few doctors in China who can master and apply medical genetics knowledge and explain genetic diseases consultation and genetic diagnosis reports.This article summarizes the years of genetic counseling practice,and proposes its own opinions on clinical genetics teaching reform and genetic counselor training from clinical counseling practice.
