授权赋能管理模式对干部病房护理质量的影响

Effect of Empowerment Management Model on Nursing Management Quality in Cadre Ward

目的探究基于迈尔斯布里格斯类型指标(MBTI)量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式对干部病房护理管理质量的影响。方法以干部病房工作的30名护理人员为研究对象,2018年1月—2019年1月对30名护理人员实施基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式干预,评估基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式实施后干部病房护理管理质量、患者满意度及护理人员心理健康状况。结果干部病房护理人员人格类型以内向、感觉、思维及判断型;外向、感觉、情感、判断型;内向、实感、情感和知觉型;外向、直觉、情感、判断型;外向、感觉、思维及判断型较为常见。基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式实施后干部病房的护理记录档案管理、护理服务质量、护理急救管理、护理院感质量管理、护理健康教育、病房管理质量评分较实施前明显提高(P<0.05);基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式实施后干部病房患者满意度较实施前明显提高(P<0.05);基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式实施后干部病房护理人员心理赋能评分较实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MBTI量表为指导的授权赋能管理模式在干部病房应用中,可明显提高病房内护理管理质量、患者满意度,同时可明显改善护理人员的心理状况。

Objective To explore the effect of the empowerment management model based on the Miles Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI)scale on nursing management quality in cadre ward.Methods Thirty nursing staff working in cadre ward of the hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were given the empowerment management model of intervention based on MBTI scale between January 2018 and January 2019.The nursing management quality in cadre ward,patients’satisfaction and mental health status of nursing staff were evaluated after implementation of the model.Results The personality types of nursing staff in the ward of the hospital mainly included introverted,sensing,thinking and judging types,extraverted,sensing,emotional and judging types,introverted,feeling,emotional and perceptual types,extraverted,intuitive,emotional and judging types,extraverted,sensing,thinking and judging types.After the implementation of the model,scores for nursing record file management,nursing service quality,nursing emergency management,nursing hospital infection quality management,nursing health education and ward management quality were increased significantly(P<0.05).Meanwhile,patients’satisfaction and empowerment scores of nursing staff in the cadre ward were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empowerment management model based on the MBTI scale in cadre ward can significantly improve the ward nursing management quality,patients’satisfaction and psychological states of nursing staff.
