追踪调查某军休所离退休干部十年后幸福度水平及影响因素

Tracking Investigation on Happiness and Its Influencing Factors of Retired Cadres Ten Years Later in a Military Sanatorium

目的分析离退休干部十年后的幸福度影响因素。方法采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、社会支持量表(SSRS)及一般情况调查表,对61名离退休干部进行调查。结果家庭婚姻状况仍是影响幸福度的独立危险因素,而社会支持对幸福度影响较十年前作用明显(P=0.069,OR=1.587,95%CI为0.962~2.462)。结论幸福度受多种因素影响,社会支持成为影响幸福度水平重要因素之一。

Objective To investigate the happiness level and its related factors of retired cadres in a military sanatorium.Methods Sixty-one retired cadres were measured using memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH),social support rating scale(SSRS)and general status questionnaire.Results Family and marriage were still independent risk factors which influence the feeling of happiness and social supports played an important role for happiness compared with ten years ago(P=0.069,OR=1.587,95%CI is 0.962~2.462).The feeling of happiness has a negative correlation with geriatric depression.Conclusion The happiness level is influenced by many factors and social support is an important one.
