有机硒在反刍动物营养中的研究进展

The research progress of the organic selenium in ruminant nutrition

硒是反刍动物必需的微量元素,与无机硒相比,有机硒具有较高的吸收利用率及生物学功效。有机硒在促进反刍动物瘤胃发酵、改善生物学功能、提高生产性能等方面有明显作用。本文通过对有机硒的适宜添加量、反刍动物的营养学作用及其应用进行综述,以期为有机硒在反刍动物营养中的合理应用提供参考。

Selenium is an essential trace element in ruminants. Compared with inorganic selenium,organic selenium has the advantages of high absorption rate and high bioavailability. Many researchers suggest that organic selenium plays an important role in promoting rumen fermentation,improving biological function and production performance of ruminants. In this paper,the research progress of the suitable additive amount,the role of nutrition and application in ruminants of organic selenium were summarized.
