发酵玉米秸秆对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为研究复合益生菌制剂发酵玉米秸秆对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响,选择体重相近、健康的肉牛45头随机分成3组,每个组3个重复,每个重复5头,分别为对照组(1组)、青贮玉米秸秆组(2组)、发酵玉米秸秆组(3组),预试验10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3组平均日增重较1组比提高29.2%(P<0.05),料重比较1组相比降低8.7%(P<0.05),试验2、3组平均采食量均高1组(P>0.05);(2)试验2、3组的干物质、钙、磷表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3组的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率较1组比分别提高10.4%、7.9%、15.2%(P<0.05);(3)试验2、3组血清中的白蛋白(ALB)含量均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3组血清中的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)含量均低于1组(P>0.05);试验3组血清中总蛋白(TP)含量较1组比提高13.1%(P<0.05),试验3组血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)、尿素氮(BUN)含量较1组分别降低10.3%、23.4%(P<0.05)。综上所述,发酵玉米秸秆可以提肉牛的生长性能、营养物质的养分消化率及肝、肾的代谢水平。 In order to study the effects of corn straw fermentation with compound probiotics on beef cattle growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and blood biochemical indicators. 45 beef cattle of similar weight and health were randomly divided into three groups,each with three replicates and five cattles in each replicate. They were control group(group 1),silage corn straw group(group 2) and fermented corn straw group(group 3). The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of the group 3 was 29.2% higher than that of the group 1(P<0.05),the feed weight was 8.7% lower than that of the group 1(P< 0.05),and the average feed intake of the groups 2 and 3 was higher than that of the group 1(P>0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,calcium and phosphorus in group 2 and 3 were higher than that in group 1(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in group 3 were 10.4%,7.9% and 15.2% higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),respectively.(3) The levels of ALB in serum of group 2 and 3 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05),GOT in serum of groups 2 and 3 were lower than those of group 1(P>0.05),TP in serum of group 3 was 13.1% higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),GPT and BUN in serum of group 3 were 15.2% and 23.4% lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),respectively. In conclusion,fermented corn straw could improve beef cattle growth performance,nutrient digestibility,liver and kidney metabolism.
